“ Did delivery once and it was okay But then I ate here - and wow was it good. Please be sure to distinguish delivery reviews from dine-in reviews so that you don't knock down the restaurant for the delivery guy who took forever to get to the restaurant, who made 20 stops before getting to you, and whose bag slid around to the point where your food looks messy. But dining in, I got deliciously roasted chicken with crispy skin and succulent juicy chicken, served with fun sauces and a side of shredded cabbage that itself was pretty good - it was extremely reasonably priced food too. The menu is pretty fun too. I'm definitely coming back. I will be delivering, but also will dine in. Just be warned to not judge the restaurant by delivery because - like me - it took me so much longer to give them another shot than it needed to, and boy do I regret all those meals with souvla when I could've been having RT rotisserie. Btw, the one thing their menu might need are wings - but honestly it'd be a busy menu then. And they already serve specials so maybe they're good? ”

“ I have been to the original location in Hayes Valley a few times and noticed this location after visiting the DMV across the street inside the market. You can't go wrong with the rotisserie chicken at either locations. My usually go to are the rotisserie chicken and the Brussel sprouts. The service here is very friendly and quick. ”

“ Great experience dining in with flavorful, fresh ingredient food, and nice portion size. Really speedy getting out hot meal (within 10 min) Rotisserie Chicken Rice Bowl with Chimichurri is a must. Chicken is tender, not dry, and sauce is so bright. The chicken fat rice is rich, the cabbage and cucumbers super fresh, and pickled onions complimenting. At $12.50 for the bowl, it is an excellent lunch or dinner value meal! Roasted Brussel Sprouts have deep roasted flavor, delicious garlic aoili and cheese on top. Texture is good with a slight crunch but soft enough (not overcooked). Staff is friendly and keeps tables clean, while also checking in if you need anything. Super convenient the Falletti grocery store is also just next door to peruse after the meal. Parking lot available! ”

“ Super refreshing to see these prices in SF! The rice bowl was about $13, chicken soup $10.50, and roasted squash $7. Really filling as well. The rice bowl was amazing with all the herbs and chicken fat rice which was super flavorful. Very dynamic bowl with many flavors and textures, including pickled onions and radishes and shredded cabbage. The chimichurri sauce went super well with it. I just wish there was more chicken! I think it would've been fun if they had a more fall/winter version of the bowl with roasted veggies or something, which is why we got the seasonal veggie which was an incredible roasted baby butternut squash. It was dressed with this nice chipotle yogurt that was almost nutty like tahini. The soup was frankly ok. It was pretty much the rice bowl except a lot less rice and more soup, though I'd describe the soup as more of a... water? It wasn't very flavorful or aromatic is what I mean. Next time I want to try their chicken sandwiches or roasted or fried chicken. This location is super casual dining but very clean and welcoming. Service was great and food came out within 15 minutes. No waiter service. ”

“ Love this location more than their Hayes Valley because of the parking structure connected with the supermarket! Their chicken rice bowl with chimichurri sauce is my go-to, but definitely open to trying more of their other items and sauces. We got the umami fries and brussel sprouts to try. Orders came put fast and service was warm as they checked in on food despite it being a very fast casual spot. There were a lot of to-go orders, but currently Doordash has a dine-in offer for $15 off no minimum, so this made a cheap casual date night spot. ”

“ This spot has a terrific RTR Salad with either rotisserie chicken (my favorite) or fried chicken, among other protein add-on options. I haven't tried anything else here because the salad is so good, I'm going to add it to my regular salad rotation. The staff here is always friendly and service is fast. There's complementary water by the cash register. It's located right next to the Falletti Foods grocery store. I recommend this location over their Hayes Valley location because I ordered takeout there once and their salad was disappointing. ”

“ tldr fast casual rotisserie chicken joint serving up bang for ur buck healthy-ish meals with a small dine in area i love rt - they are a more casual and cheaper sister restaurant of rich table. dare i say one of the best meals u can get for under $15 in sf!! i go regularly to get take out but recently there was a doordash dine in deal which provided a generous discount on the meal so friend and i dined in chicken rice bowl (5/5) i usually get the healthy-ish chicken rice bowl with chipotle yogurt sauce. since i got the discount I went with the fried chicken alternative to the rotisserie for extra $$. the chicken fat rice is so flavorful for good reason she's gluttonous but in all the best ways complementing the fresh cucumbers, lettuce, pickled cabbage and crunchy but moist chicken! topped with the chipotle sauce, it's a honker of a meal that i often split in two. could it be less oily? yes but it's a great comforting meal on a cold night! fried chicken sandwich (4/5) another fav that i order regularly - the fried chicken is perfectly fried with a drizzle of honey on top! nested between a brioche bun and some lettuce. it's pretty big too but i do wish it had a better sauce! the dine in area is pretty spacious with self serve water and u typically just get a number where someone will bring the food over to ur table. the workers at this location are really friendly and often check in to see if we needed anything. overall rt rotisserie is such a gem in sf! is it the best food? no but its great value for a comfort fast casual meal! food:4.5/5 service:4/5 ambiance:4/5 value:5/5 ”

“ I dined in with my friend and it was great! Good portions, good service, and yummy chicken. Don't sleep on the chipotle yogurt sauce! I go here pretty often for takeout, and the food is consistently good. The chicken soup is especially good when you need something nourishing but don't have the time or energy to cook. I used a door dash dine in offer that frankly seemed too good to be true-- $15 off with no minimum! Despite seeming caught off guard by the coupon, the staff honored my coupon and manually took $15 off my order. Side note: Idk what the deal is with door dash, but I suspect they don't always communicate with their restaurants regarding coupons/promos. Despite being a majority takeout restaurant, the ambiance was nice-- comfy seating, throwback music and decently fast service on a Friday at dinner time. Is it the best chicken ever? No, and to be honest it's a little too oily at times for my taste. But it is solid, and fairly priced (by sf standards). ”

“ I wanted to try this spot out after hearing that it's a more casual, sister restaurant to Rich Table, which has been on my list, so I swung by for a Sunday lunch after checking out the Divisadero farmer's market across the street. You order at the counter and get a number, and they bring out your order. There's indoor and outdoor seating. Prices and serving sizes were surprisingly great. I enjoyed my chicken bowl ($13) with chimichurri sauce. There was lots of the rotisserie fat rice, which was fluffy and balanced well with the freshness from the herbs and crunchiness of the cabbage. For the Southern fried chicken available on weekends (half chicken for $14), the batter could have been less dense, but I loved the honey drizzle on top. The chipotle yogurt sauce had a nice heat to it. Overall, a pretty solid meal! ”
